No such consumer information may be transmitted outside the United States.
Access to personally identifiable consumer information must be limited to only those agency employees who have a legitimate need to know the information for the processing of insurance quotes and applications and for other insurance underwriting functions. Each authorized agency employee accessing personally identifiable consumer information must be assigned and must maintain a unique user id and a secure password to access and work in our various quoting systems. The access authentication and password must be used only by the employee to whom they are assigned, and they must not be shared or revealed to anyone other than the authorized user.
